Our experience managing and operating Megunticook Rowing this year has taught us that to build the robust program that we all want to see on our beautiful lake, we must hire a full time head coach. The programs we operate today are not sustainable at our current small size — we must grow. How much? We want to build the program back to its pre-COVID size, with 40-50 juniors and a full-time coach. We want to choose growth, and we believe our community deserves growth.
