On June 2nd and 3rd, Coach Kali and Coach Cabot visited Lincolnville Central School to introduce students in sixth through eighth grade to the sport of rowing. Over the course of two days, they led hands-on sessions aimed at teaching the fundamentals—focusing on technique, teamwork, and the unique rhythm of the sport. Their goal was not only to spark interest and excitement among middle schoolers, but also to lay the groundwork for growing the local juniors rowing program. By bringing the sport directly into the school, Coaches Kali and Cabot hope to build a stronger connection between young athletes and the opportunities available to them on the water.
