Calling all rowers for 7am Open Row. This is a free gathering of the club with support boats. It’s a great way to meet up with your fellow Loonies. Often there is a trip for coffee and breakfast afterwards. While officially not a coached session, Dan Duxbury, one of our volunteer coaches, has been attending these sessions and has been providing awesome tips. FYI – He’s a highly experienced rowing coach with a 25-year history of achievement. With a positive coaching style grounded in fundamentals with a contemporary approach.
