Megunticook Rowing’s Head Coach invites You to Attend a Seminar on Nutrition
Wednesday, July 10th at 7:30pm at MRC’s Megunticook Rowing’s Facility
Megunticook Rowing in Camden, Maine is a small and expanding nonprofit community rowing program.
We are seeking a head coach to work with rowers of all ages and abilities, in both sweep and scull.
Megunticook Rowing (MR) offers a unique opportunity for coaching. 3 hours north of Boston, Megunticook
lake offers pristine waters and gorgeous mountain views in a thriving seaside community. Our rowers
enjoy the call of loons and the thrill of bald eagles soaring overhead while on the water in all size shells
from singles to eights. Many of our members and guests comment that they have never rowed on a more
beautiful body of water.

Picture perfect rowing conditions were enjoyed by 26 racers in the Megunticook Regatta held September 8th.
Junior Megunticook Rowers Laura Riordan and Adella Brainerd took first place in the Juniors Girls 2x by over a minute. The girls 4, coxed by Ruth Weiss was basically a no-contest win over teams from Maine Coast and Waynflete.
Heather Adle joins Megunticook Rowing as the Fall Head Coach of Megunticook Rowing.
